Average 2008 Office Lease fee: $41,000
Personal Sales Commission to the Agency owner: $12,300 or
Personal Sales Commission to the Consultant: $9,840 plus
Profit Sharing Commission to the Agency Owner: $1,230 to $2,460 for every completed deal.
   
Average 2008 Cost Segregation fee: $26,000
Personal Sales Commission to Agency Owner: $6,500 or
Personal Sales Commission to the Consultant: $5,200 plus
